  Our furnace circulation fan wasn't operating. Henry from Charles Heating arrived on short notice and diagnosed the problem. The fan relay had failed. Since this furnace was a generic unit from another supplier, he didn't know if he could find a replacement. Henry was able to make a temporary fix to keep us in heat. We discussed the overall condition of the furnace and decided it was worth repairing for now. I've ordered a part online and will install it when it gets here. I have many years of experience with electrical controls, so it will not be difficult for me. DON'T ATTEMPT THIS YOURSELF unless you have the proper training and experience!
