  VCF is HORRIBLE! We bought a sectional the claimed was GENUINE LEATHER. It was BONDED LEATHER, which is ground up pieces glued to cloth. We contacted their 3rd party warranty company that took 2 weeks to schedule an appointment, then THEY postponed it another we. It's now 5 weeks and they told us today we need to wait another 14-17 days for an answer. THAT'S 2 MONTHS ON MESSED UP FURNITURE!!!! We decided they are the worse furniture company ever with a garbage warranty company so we just spent $6,000 across the street at Raymour & Flanigan on a beautiful TOP GRAIN LEATHER SOFA/LOVESEAT to replace our sectional since VCF can't get their act together. They sell you and RUN with your money. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!
